1.- Potatoes with roast chicken and Alfredo sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 small potatoes (approximately 100 grams each)
  • 300 grams of broccoli
  • 1 cup of chicken breast, cooked and cut into cubes

  • 2 spoons of oil
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • A pinch of pepper and salt
  • ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese

Preparation

  • Prick the potatoes with a fork and then place in the oven at medium temperature for 10 minutes. You can also use the microwave to cook potatoes.
  • Place the broccoli florets in a pot of boiling water (the water should cover all the broccoli). Wait until the foils are soft and intensely green in color.
  • In a skillet, place the butter and oil over low heat. Then add the cream, salt, pepper and chopped garlic.
  • Then add the cheese and keep stirring so the sauce doesn’t stick to the pan. Mix until a thick texture is obtained (approximately 4 minutes).
  • Then add the chicken pieces to the skillet and saute until golden. This will take approximately 3 or 4 minutes.
  • To serve, cut each potato into four or half. To accompany, serve the cooked broccoli. Finally, add the chicken to the Alfredo sauce.

2.- Breaded chicken sticks

Ingredients

  • 2 skinless and boneless chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 2 slightly beaten egg whites
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs or breadcrumbs for breading
  • honey or mustard

Preparation

  • Dip the chicken strips in the egg whites, then spread in the breadcrumbs. Make sure you dive completely.

  • Tomato Sauce
  • 4 hamburger buns (preferred wholegrain)
  • Basil leaves to taste

  • In a medium bowl, combine the minced meat, garlic and basil. Season with salt and pepper and mix until smooth.
  • Using your hands, make 4 hamburgers. Then fry in a skillet over medium heat and add the oil. This process can take 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
  • Then place a slice of cheese, four slices of salami and tomato sauce on each hamburger. Cover the skillet with a lid, place over low heat and wait until the cheese melts (approximately 2 minutes).
  • Then heat the bread in the oven and serve the hamburgers ready. You can add other ingredients of your choice, such as lettuce, onion or corn.
