However, when we prepare at home we can control the amount of fat and sugars they contain. Therefore, below, we will show several recipes for homemade fruit pies for children.

Cheesecake with berries

 Ingredients:

  • 300 g vanilla biscuits (which can be crushed)
  • 150 g of melted butter
  • 750 g of cream cheese cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 220 g of sugar
  • 40 g of flour
  • 150 ml of whipped cream
  • Vanilla
  • Red fruits: blackberries, raspberries, cherries, etc.

 Preparation mode:

  • Crush the cookies, melt the butter and mix everything with your hands. Cover the bottom in a collapsible way with the mixture that will be the base of the pie. Place in preheated oven until golden.
  • Place the cheese, eggs, sugar and 2 teaspoons of vanilla in a bowl. Mix and add the flour with the help of a sieve so that it does not lump. Add the whipped cream slowly to the mixture and set aside.
  • For the icing, heat 200 g of sugar with ½ cup of water and, when it reaches a boiling point, add the fruit. Mix and cook until it forms a syrup.
  • After taking the pie out of the oven, let it cool, spread the cheese batter evenly and refrigerate for two hours.
  • Then pour in the red fruit syrup and serve.

Ingredients:

Pasta:

  • 3 cups of wheat flour
  • 125g unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • salt

Filling:

  • 1/2 kg of apples
  • 100 g of brown sugar
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Vanilla
  • Anise
  • salt

Preparation mode:

  • Mix all dough ingredients. Knead well and, when you get a homogeneous mass, wrap it in plastic and set aside for at least an hour in the refrigerator.
  • After it rests, roll out approximately half of the dough at the bottom of the pan. Place some beans on its surface to prevent the dough from swelling, bake at 200º C or until golden.
  • For the filling, peel the apples, remove the seeds and kernels and cut into pieces. Marinate the apples for two hours in a container with lemon, vanilla, anise, cinnamon and sugar.
  • Add the marinated apples to the baked batter, but without the liquid. Stretch the remaining dough out with a rolling pin and cut into strips to place crisscrossed over the layer of apples.
  • Bake at 200º C for 40 minutes or until golden.

Gypsy arm of kiwi and strawberries

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • 1 lemon zest
  • Sliced ​​kiwis and strawberries
  • Chantilly

Preparation mode:

  • Whip the egg whites. Without stopping beating, add the egg yolks and sugar slowly.
  • Pour in the flour using a sieve and mix with a wooden spoon using a circular motion. This will prevent the foam from going down. Finally add the lemon zest.
  • In a rectangular pan lined with parchment paper, place the mixture. Bake at 170º C for 40 minutes or until a wooden toothpick comes out clean after being introduced into the dough.
  • When the dough has cooled, cover the entire surface with whipped cream. Then place a layer of kiwi fruit and another layer of strawberries. Roll it up carefully, using the help of parchment paper and firmly squeezing the resulting “arm”.
  • Refrigerate, sprinkle with icing sugar and cut into thick slices.
