The term “modern” encompasses all aspects of any area that is in fashion.

However, when we talk about modern moms we don’t mean that you go to the mall to buy the latest Valentino or Channel outfit.

In these busy times, being a modern mother is being a woman who listens to herself, meets her basic needs, is efficient, organizes her time and gives herself quality free time.

Yea! Children, husband, work, house, food, etc. There are a thousand things to think about during the day and they tell me I have to find some free time. Impossible!

This is the thinking of most mothers in our society. And no wonder we are so busy all the time.

However, why is everything so complicated beyond the tasks we have on a daily basis?

Perhaps because that was the only way we learned to carry out our tasks. Yes, that’s how your grandmother learned, then your mother, and now you.

Our times have undergone great changes, rigid structures of the past were crumbling and new lifestyles and thinking were born, making everyday life more practical.

The key lies in opening your mind and adopting new ways to accomplish your tasks. Be creative!

With so many tasks pending, the ideal is to organize them so that you don’t get flustered and waste your energy.

Whether it’s to enjoy a day at the beach with the kids, a date with friends or a romantic dinner with your partner.

A modern mom knows that her efforts are worth it too. So, always reserve some free time for your own well-being.

Think of something you love to do and make it your business model. Seek help, take the initiative and take a risk. Your time and energy are most important.

That might not happen in two or six months. However, later on you will value your own effort and see how quality your life and your time will be, as you are the one in charge of your life.

Don’t try to be perfect. Try to learn constantly, organize yourself, recognize your value and consciously choose what will make you feel full

Thus, you will be ready for the day to day and will be able to share a harmonious environment, integrated with your family.

Without a doubt, only when you are happy can you make others happy.
